Funny Bones returns this March for a night of side-splitting, stand-up comedy at Bristol Old Vic, all in support of your hospitals.

Get ready for an incredible lineup featuring the award-winning Harriet Dyer and Matt Richardson, the brilliantly funny Toussaint Douglass, and Bristolian comedy star Dani Johns. Holding it all together with his witty charm is our host, Stuart Goldsmith, who is guaranteed to keep you laughing between acts.

Over the years, Funny Bones has raised over £100,000, helping us bring more moments of joy, comfort and hope to patients who need it most.

Harriet is a multi-award winning comic having won the Channel 4 Sean Lock Comedy Award and the Neurodiverse Review’s Neurodivergent Representation Award at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe).

She has had appeard on numerous critically acclaimed shows, including Live At The Apollo, Rosie Jones’ Disability Comedy Extravaganza, Comedy Central Live, BBC Radio, Channel 4 & The Russell Howard Hour.

Harriet was a main writer for both seasons of Jon Richardson’s Channel Hopping on Channel 4, and she wrote for and starred in Meet the Richardsons on Dave.

Matt is a multi-award winning stand-up comedian. Having started stand-up in 2009 at 18 years old, Matt became one of the youngest comedians on the circuit and soon made it through to the finals of two national stand-up competitions – the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny and the Chortle Student Comedy Award and a runner up in various other awards.

Since then Matt has firmly established himself as one of the UK’s most exciting young performers and presenters – hosting the drive-time show on Virgin Radio. His TV credits include co-hosting the Xtra Factor and Celebrity Haunted Hotel Live, appearances in Nevermind The Buzzcocks, Celebrity Juice, Big Brothers Bit on the Side, I’m a Celebrity Get Me out of here Now and countless other shows.

Toussaint Douglass is a multi-talented award-winning comedian and comedy writer.  Joyfully absurd and charmingly awkward, he has firmly established himself as both a writer and performer to look out for.

He is one of comedy’s most exciting talents with appearances on Comedians Giving Lectures (Dave), The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITVX), Late Night Mash (Dave), Richard Osman’s House of Games (BBC), Outsiders (Dave) and many many more!

His writing credits include Late Night Mash, Have I Got News For You, The Russell Howard Hour, Mock The Week, Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, The Now Show, Dead Ringers and James Acaster's Springleaf: A True(ish) Crime Podcast.

Hosting the evening, is award-winning, Stuart Goldsmith whose effortlessly witty charm will keep everyone giggling between acts.

Stuart is a regular studio warm-up comic for BBC's The Graham Norton Show and has performed at Wembley Arena, and at the world’s leading comedy festivals (Montreal’s Just For Laughs, the Edinburgh Fringe, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and South By Southwest / SXSW in Austin, Texas). His TV credits include BBC’s Live At The Apollo, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled, Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central.
